Canyoning (Siq Trail)

Explore the stunning water valleys of Jordan’s Mujib Biosphere Reserve with an adventurous canyoning experience. Traverse hidden gorges, slide down waterfalls, wade through pools, climb and swim through the picturesque river valleys, and enjoy a refreshing and thrilling outdoor adventure.

• Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old, able to swim, and have a reasonable level of fitness.
• Description:
  The trail begins at the Adventures Center near Mujib Bridge. Follow the cantilevered walkway over the dam and continue along the river as it winds between towering sandstone cliffs to the base of a large waterfall. Depending on seasonal rainfall, the gorge may contain deep swimming pools, perfect for cooling off. This trail is ideal for taking at a relaxed pace to enjoy the shade, flowing water, and spectacular natural scenery, especially during the summer heat.
