A Day in As-Salt Farmer’s Life – Agritourism Experience in Jordan:

Spend a full day discovering As-Salt’s traditional farming life on this immersive agritourism experience. Drive from Amman to Dierah / As-Salt and enjoy hands-on activities that showcase Jordanian rural culture and traditions.

A Day in As-Salt Farmer’s Life Experience will be:

• Za’atar & Holiday Bread Making: Learn the secrets of Jordanian Za’atar and bake Manaqiesh and holiday bread in a traditional Arabic oven, paired with tea or Arabic coffee.

• Soap Making: Create natural soap using herbs, Aloe Vera, and plants from the farm, and explore locally made organic products.

• Beekeeping Experience: Meet a beekeeper, learn about the fascinating life of bees, and visit hives in a beekeeping suit.

• Jordanian Farmer’s Life: Participate in authentic farm activities: bake Saj bread, collect free-range eggs, milk goats, bottle-feed baby goats, and ride a tractor. End the experience with a traditional farm-to-table meal and firewood-cooked Kunafeh.
